You: hey there
Stranger: are you a robot?
You: no, sadly i am not
You: are you
Stranger: neither am I
Stranger: I was hoping to finally conect on an intimate level with one
You: tis my dream as well
You: but for now, i must settle for the many nuts and bolts
You: tucked under the sheets beside me
Stranger: I dream of a day in where we can enbrace robots as our lovers
You: as do i
Stranger: we can take them out in public and fondle them
Stranger: tweak them
Stranger: and ever hack them
You: oh, how very kinky
You: robots are metallically seductive
Stranger: I want to SS to a robot and re flash their NAND gates
You: that flew right over my head
You: clearly, robots are too good for me
You: a mere human
You: you, on the other hand..
Stranger: now they are accepting
You: will wed a bit of metal one day
You: so i have hope?
You: well, goodnight
You: i saw a robot strolling down the sidewalk
Stranger: go for it
You: i must follow him/her
Stranger: and fuck it
You: yes, of course
You: hey there
Story of my life!
i wish you could put a restraining order on someone who constantly appears in your dreams.
In my mind, this is the day summer starts! For once, i’m completely happy and not a bit regretful. When school starts again, i’ll only have 180 days of high school to go. Hooray.
Not too long ago, a man came in to my history class to encourage us to go to college. Surprisingly, it was interesting, since he talked very little about it. Instead, he told us his life story. Then he told us “all you have is now”, and snapped his fingers. Snap. Snap. Now. Now. That is all there is. “Everything else is pure thought. you can have an idea, but make it a reality. otherwise, it is just pure thought” he said. It gave me an eerie, anxious feeling. He was telling us something we all knew, but this was the first time it truly sunk in for me. Do something you’ve always wanted to do. Break the law if you must. Leave a bit of yourself wherever you go. Don’t hesitate, this moment is all that really matters.
before you write another letter, please try to get yourself to follow your heart. writing can only do so much. don’t miss your chance. just say it.
Stop being so weird; talk to him tomorrow. He’s all you ever think about. Also, start actually seizing the day, instead of thinking about it. GO. i mean it.
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim
Because it was grassy and wanted wear,
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I marked the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I,
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
The Road Not Taken by Robert Frost
This makes me nostalgic. We had to memorize this in my english class freshman year.
Nothing like the sun to keep you from stumbling in the dark
Live another day
Hello you, how was the rest?
The time has come for you to sit this out
Comparisons are easily done
A broad incision sits across the evening
In a manner of speaking, I just want to say
So i met a guy
You build a heart
Blood stained sheets.
